We’re delighted to officially invite you to attend the third annual Chico Hot Springs Portfolio Review, March 25-31, 2019. This year, we received a record number of exceptional projects and your acceptance speaks very highly of the quality of your work. We can’t wait to meet you and spend the week with you in Big Sky Country. To stay in the running for the Charcoal Publishing Prize, you must be in attendance at the event.

Please keep in mind the following timeline.

  1. RSVP by January 4th

  2. Deposit and Accommodation Payment due by January 14

  3. Scholarship applications due January 14

  4. Need-based Scholarships and Student Discount codes will be emailed February 4th

  5. Remaining tuition balance due by February 11th

  6. Additional event information and reviewer preference survey will be emailed February 28th

  7. Chico Hot Springs Portfolio Review begins March 25th

  8. Charcoal Book Club publishing prize announcement April 15

1 - RSVP

Please RSVP below to confirm your attendance by January 4, 2019. Any openings will be offered to the next highest ranked projects on January 5th.

 
 
 
 

2 - SELECT TUITION PAYMENT

After you RSVP, your deposit of $1,875 (50% of tuition) is due by Monday, January 14, with the remaining balance due one month later on February 11th. Of course, you’re also welcome to pay in full right away.

Tuition includes lectures, artist talks, panel discussions, portfolio reviews by speakers and reviewers, meals & entry to the hot springs.

If you are a student, or if you are applying for a need-based scholarship, you must still pay your deposit. Your scholarship, will be subtracted to your final tuition payment.

Pay in full now and don’t worry about it later.

Tuition Deposit - $1875

Deposit due by Monday, January 14th.

Final Tuition Payment - $1875

The final balance is due by Monday, February 11th.
